How long are these sessions?
Working sessions run to 60 minutes by default, and the calendar above shows longer slots than the intro-call page. If you need more than that for a workshop or a modelling walkthrough, email us and we'll block the time out properly rather than run over.
What should I prepare for the session?
Whatever we're working on: the current model, the draft you want reviewed, or the specific question that prompted the booking. Sending it ahead of the call is worth more than talking through it live, because we can read it first and spend the session on the decision rather than the context.
Is this billed against our engagement?
Sessions booked here are part of your existing scope and are not billed separately. If what you're asking for falls outside the agreed scope, we'll say so on the call and follow up with a proposed extension, as described in our Terms of Service.
