Tokenomics whitepaper. Built from scratch.

FinDaS creates tokenomics whitepapers from scratch for projects that do not yet have a token economy design. Each whitepaper covers the full scope of a token launch, from utility design and allocation through valuation and sensitivity testing. With 200+ tokenomics engagements completed since 2018, including Input Output Group's Midnight network, FinDaS has refined this deliverable across every major project type.

The engagement includes a review of existing materials, multiple iterations on the deliverables, intro and exit calls, and open communication throughout. You receive two deliverables: the whitepaper itself (typically 50 to 70 pages) and a supporting financial model in a spreadsheet. FinDaS also offers a MiCA compliance add-on for projects requiring EU regulatory alignment. Once the whitepaper is complete, the design can be stress-tested through a tokenomics simulation.

What's in a whitepaper.

The whitepaper covers the full scope of a token launch. The sample document includes: executive summary, token economy and utility setup (payment, staking, rewards, penalties), sell pressure risk and liquidity analysis (year 1 and aggregate years 1 to 5), governance voting and process design, TGE and sale financials, and a crypto funding landscape overview.

The analytical section covers token valuation using the quantity theory of money (velocity, circulation, cashflow), benchmark valuation (price-to-fees, NVT), and sensitivity models for the reward pool, liquidity pool, and revenue variance.

Why commission?

01 / ECONOMY

Build the full economy from scratch

Most projects start with a rough idea of their token but no structured economy behind it. The whitepaper process forces every decision into a coherent model: how the token captures value, how supply enters circulation, and what happens under stress.

02 / INVESTORS

Give investors what they review

VCs and launchpad partners read the whitepaper before they commit capital. A document with sell pressure analysis, benchmark valuation, and sensitivity models tells investors you have done the work, not just the pitch deck.

03 / RISK

Quantify risk before launch

The whitepaper includes year-1 sell pressure scenarios with specific liquidity and buyback recommendations. Rather than discovering vesting cliff problems after listing, you see them in a table before a single token is minted.

It has been extremely difficult to find a company that could realistically handle a Tokenomics paper of this magnitude and complexity. As soon as we spoke to Hristo and his team we knew we were in safe hands. We are extremely happy with their product and support.

The questions we keep getting.

Can't find your answer below? Book a free intro call, we'll work through it with you, live.

01 What is a tokenomics whitepaper? +
A comprehensive document that defines a project's entire token economy: token utility, allocation, vesting schedules, sell pressure analysis, governance structure, sale setup, and valuation. It is the primary document investors and partners review before committing capital.
02 What does a FinDaS tokenomics whitepaper include? +
Executive summary, token economy and utility setup, sell pressure risk and liquidity analysis, governance voting and process design, TGE and sale setup, crypto funding landscape overview, analytical valuation (quantity theory of money), benchmark valuation (price-to-fees, NVT), and sensitivity models.
03 How long does a tokenomics whitepaper take to deliver? +
Approximately 30 days from kickoff, including a review of existing materials, multiple iterations on the deliverables, and intro and exit calls. The engagement includes 6 months of post-delivery support.
04 Do I need an existing tokenomics design before ordering a whitepaper? +
No. The whitepaper service is for projects starting from scratch. FinDaS builds the entire token economy based on the project's business model, revenue assumptions, and goals. If you already have tokenomics and want them reviewed, the Tokenomics Audit is a better fit.
05 What deliverables do I receive? +
Two deliverables: a token economy whitepaper (typically 50 to 70 pages) and a supporting financial model in a spreadsheet. The whitepaper is the investor-facing document; the model contains the calculations and assumptions behind it.
06 Can the whitepaper be used for MiCA compliance? +
FinDaS offers a MiCA compliance add-on that adapts the whitepaper structure and disclosures to meet EU utility token requirements under Article 3(1)(9). Book a call to discuss whether your project needs this.
07 Should I also get a tokenomics simulation? +
If your project is complex (Layer 1 blockchain, DeFi protocol, or gaming), a tokenomics simulation can stress-test the whitepaper design under hundreds of scenarios before launch. Many clients commission the whitepaper first and the simulation as a follow-up engagement.
