MiCA-ready tokenomics. For the EU.
Any FinDaS tokenomics whitepaper can be upgraded to meet the content requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). MiCA has been fully in force across all EU member states since December 2024. The MiCA add-on layers the minimal content disclosures required for the relevant token category on top of an existing FinDaS whitepaper, so the tokenomics design and regulatory disclosures are internally consistent. With 200+ tokenomics engagements completed since 2018, FinDaS is one of the few tokenomics firms offering MiCA-specific deliverables.
The add-on is available for any whitepaper produced by FinDaS, either at the time of the original engagement or as a later upgrade. FinDaS does not upgrade whitepapers produced by other firms. The MiCA whitepaper is not a legal opinion on token classification; FinDaS recommends seeking legal counsel to confirm the token type (utility, ART, or EMT) before commissioning the add-on. FinDaS can work collaboratively with your legal team and can recommend lawyers if needed.

Other crypto-assets (Title II)
The catch-all category for any crypto-asset that is not an ART or EMT. Includes utility tokens (Article 3(1)(9)), governance tokens, payment tokens, and most Web3 project tokens. This is the most common category for FinDaS clients.
Asset-referenced token / ART (Title III)
A token that maintains a stable value by referencing another value, right, or combination of the two. Covers stablecoins backed by baskets of assets, commodities, or other crypto-assets.
Electronic money token / EMT (Title IV)
A token used for exchange and pegged to a single fiat currency. Covers fiat-backed stablecoins like USDC or EURC. Subject to the strictest MiCA requirements.
FinDaS produces MiCA add-ons for all three categories. Samples for each type are available during the introductory call.
The sample whitepaper.
This sample demonstrates how a standard FinDaS tokenomics whitepaper is adapted to include MiCA minimal content requirements for a utility token. The project is fictional.

Regulatory compliance from day one
MiCA requires specific disclosures in a token whitepaper before public offer. Getting the structure right from the start avoids costly rework when regulators review your documentation.
Tokenomics and regulation in one document
Most projects produce a tokenomics paper and a separate regulatory document. The MiCA-ready whitepaper combines both, so the token economy design and MiCA disclosures are internally consistent rather than bolted together after the fact.
Revision support as rules evolve
MiCA is fully in force but technical standards are still being clarified by the European Banking Authority and ESMA. Every MiCA whitepaper includes 6 months of free revision support so the document stays current as guidance changes.
We have been working with Hristo for several months and are completely blown away by his work. The attention to detail and extensiveness of what he delivers is exceptional. What sets FinDaS apart is that they really understand token utility and use cases.
