Tokenomics audit. An independent review.
FinDaS conducts independent tokenomics audits for projects that already have a token economy design and want it reviewed before launch or fundraising. The audit evaluates the existing design and delivers specific recommendations for what to change and why. With 200+ tokenomics engagements completed since 2018, including Input Output Group's Midnight network, FinDaS has reviewed token designs across every major project type.
The engagement is structured for speed: review of your existing materials, written feedback, and intro and exit calls, delivered in approximately one week. The audit does not include numerical modelling of the project setup. If a full redesign or financial model is needed, the Tokenomics Whitepaper service covers that scope. If stress-testing is needed, the design can be run through a tokenomics simulation.
Led by Hristo Piyankov, Lead Token Economist, in crypto since 2015, full-time since 2018.

The audit report covers: summary tokenomics ratings, business fit analysis, numerical setup recommendations, and token utility recommendations. It also includes analysis of the project's value drivers, incentive structures, governance model, and long-term sustainability.
Each section concludes with specific, actionable recommendations. The audit identifies what is working, what is at risk, and what should be changed before launch or the next fundraising round.
Why audit?
Fast, independent second opinion
One week turnaround. Your team designed the tokenomics; an independent reviewer finds the assumptions you stopped questioning. The audit gives you a structured outside perspective before you commit to a launch or pitch to investors.
Specific recommendations, not vague feedback
Each audit section ends with concrete recommendations: what to change, why it matters, and what the risk is if you don't. Not a pass/fail grade, but a roadmap of specific fixes ranked by impact.
Lowest-commitment entry point
At one week and a single deliverable, the audit is the fastest way to work with FinDaS. Many clients use it as a diagnostic: if the design is sound, they move to simulation. If it needs rebuilding, they move to a whitepaper engagement.
Our Liquidus team has token experience, and finding a suitable match who could truly understand and challenge our token model was difficult. Hristo's skill in understanding the business, revenue, and token model far surpassed our expectation.
