Stablecoins.
Engineered,
not guessed.

Numbers up front, not in footnotes.

FinDaS has been designing stablecoins and asset-tokenization frameworks since 2018: peg mechanisms, reserve structures, redemption mechanics, and MiCA-aligned documentation.

We deliver stablecoin and tokenization whitepapers, Monte Carlo simulations of peg stability, reserve modelling, and audits.

What our clients actually say.

“

Wow, Hristo and FinDaS were so professional, timely, and thorough. Excellent with cryptocurrency analysis and math. I couldn't have been happier with anyone else. Will work with them again soon.

Demelza HaysHead of Research, Cointelegraph
“

The most impressive part was Hristo's ability to work through fluid changes and provide insights that helped us get to the finish line. His skill in understanding the business, revenue, and token model far surpassed our expectation.

Paul DubeCTO, Liquidus
“

Due to the nature of our project, it has been extremely difficult to find a company that could realistically handle a tokenomics paper of this magnitude and complexity. As soon as we spoke to Hristo and his team, we knew we were in safe hands.

Not your average stablecoin design.

01 / EXPERIENCE

Experience & expertise

Hundreds of projects tested across fiat-backed, crypto-backed, algorithmic, and hybrid stablecoins plus asset tokenization frameworks. We know which designs hold their peg and which break.

02 / FOCUS

No conflicts of interest

Specialised tokenomics only. Full-service shops ship simpler, market-friendlier models at the expense of peg resilience and sustainability.

03 / TEAM

No handovers

You meet our senior designers on the intro call. You ship with them through every deliverable. No juniors parachuted in later.

04 / RESERVES

Reserve-led approach

Most firms skip rigorous reserve modelling. We put peg stability and projected reserve coverage front and centre. It's the blind spot that breaks stablecoins under stress.

05 / METHOD

Data-driven and bespoke

From a data-science background, we build bespoke models from data, not vibes. With continually refreshed research.

06 / HORIZON

Built to last

Designs that hold their peg across multiple market cycles. Sustainability first, not as a buzzword.

The people who'll actually design your stablecoin.

No handovers, no juniors, no hand-off-and-vanish. You meet them on the intro call, you ship with them.

Hristo Piyankov

Lead stablecoin & tokenization economist

Hristo is one of the best-known tokenization and stablecoin design experts in the industry. He is a top Web3 LinkedIn voice and a mentor in accelerators such as Brinc and HyperNest. Across 300+ projects spanning stablecoin designs, asset-backed tokens, and MiCA-aligned frameworks, he understands the unique challenges of maintaining peg stability and designing compliant reserve structures.

Before crypto, Hristo spent 12+ years as an Analytics Director and Data Scientist in TradFi, experience directly relevant to modelling collateral, reserves, and real-world asset valuations.

Diana Ilieva, Stablecoin & Tokenization Consultant at FinDaS

Diana Ilieva

Stablecoin & tokenization consultant

As a tokenomics consultant, Diana specialises in stablecoin design and asset tokenization projects. Her work spans fiat-collateralised stablecoins, algorithmic models, and tokenized real-world assets, with a focus on peg mechanics, reserve structures, and MiCA-aligned documentation.

Diana comes from an IT background, reaching senior management and heading a team of 23 people. That gives her a strong operational lens on how tokenomics translates into real product decisions.

She has a MSc in Finance and Banking from the University of York and teaches a course in "Financial Markets and Cryptocurrency" at UNWE's Masters programme for "Cryptoeconomics". Her deep understanding of traditional financial instruments directly informs her approach to reserve design and asset-backed token structures.

01 What is stablecoin design? +
Stablecoin design is the process of creating the economic and technical model that keeps a stablecoin pegged to its target value (a fiat currency, a commodity, or a basket of assets). It covers the peg mechanism, reserve management, redemption mechanics, and the monetary policies that maintain stability under market stress.
02 What types of stablecoins does FinDaS work with? +
All stablecoin types: fiat-collateralised, crypto-collateralised, algorithmic, and hybrid models. The team also designs tokenization frameworks for asset-backed tokens such as tokenized bonds or revenue-sharing instruments. See our portfolio for examples.
03 What is the difference between asset tokenization and stablecoin design? +
Asset tokenization represents ownership of a specific asset (real estate, equity, commodities) as a digital token. Stablecoin design creates a token that maintains a stable value relative to a reference asset. They overlap when a tokenized asset is designed to have price stability, for example a tokenized money market fund.
04 Does stablecoin design need to comply with MiCA? +
Yes. Under MiCA, stablecoins fall under specific categories: asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) and e-money tokens (EMTs), each with distinct requirements for reserves, redemption rights, and whitepaper disclosures. FinDaS provides MiCA-aligned tokenomics documentation for stablecoin projects targeting EU markets.
05 How does FinDaS stress-test a stablecoin design? +
FinDaS uses Monte Carlo simulations to test peg stability under hundreds of randomised market scenarios, including liquidity crunches, rapid redemptions, and collateral value drops. This identifies the conditions under which the peg might break and allows the design to be strengthened before launch.
06 How much has been tokenized by FinDaS clients? +
FinDaS clients have collectively tokenized over $3 billion in assets. The team has advised 300+ projects across a wide range of asset types and blockchain networks. Book a free call to discuss your tokenization or stablecoin project.
